Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Social Media Marketing Manager.

The role is for managing the overall communication strategy for the brand across all social media channels - this involves, research, ideation, conceptualization and ensuring execution of concepts. The goal is to align communication across all platforms and spread some Serotonin

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Social Media Optimization (SMO) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft, refine, and adapt content strategies for diverse audiences.
  • Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, particularly in conceptualizing and executing creative campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Creator Studio, Sprout, Hootsuite) and the ability to interpret data to improve performance.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices to strategically optimize brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally with design, marketing, product, and performance teams.
  • Experience managing social media for a D2C brand is highly advantageous and preferred.
