Position: - 1. Network/Server Engineer

2. Sr. Network/Server Engineer

Role Overview

  • Design, build, and maintain network and server infrastructure including switches, firewalls, VPNs, VMs, storage, and cloud backups.
  • Install, configure, and secure network hardware/software while ensuring system uptime, performance, and data protection.
  • Administer VMware environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, and patch management.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot complex network/server issues and lead disaster recovery processes.
  • Build new networks (VLANs, Wi-Fi, firewalls), manage backups (Veeam, QNAP, cloud), and maintain documentation and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with security best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and assist with network design and optimization.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
  • 3–10+ years of network engineering experience.
  • CompTIA Network+ required; CCNA/CCNP preferred.
  • Strong skills in routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, VMware, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi n/ac/ax).
  • Experience with automation/scripting tools (e.g., Ansible) and network test/analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark).
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues, manage projects, and lead/assist in network architecture efforts.
