Job Summary:
We are seeking a
Data Quality Analyst
to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of e-commerce data through robust QA checks and process improvements. The role involves executing quality spot checks, maintaining QA tracking, identifying coding gaps, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate will support onboarding, share QA expertise, and foster a quality-first mindset across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth quality checks on data enrichment outputs.
- Identify gaps in coding rules and suggest corrective actions.
- Maintain QA reports, provide feedback, and support performance improvement.
- Contribute to QA framework evolution and quality benchmarks.
- Support onboarding and mentoring of team members.
- Drive process improvements and adopt best practices in e-commerce QA.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong background in
data QA/quality control
with experience in large datasets. - Understanding of
e-commerce, e-business tools, and data management systems
. - Proficiency in
Excel (pivot tables, functions)
and strong PC skills. - Excellent attention to detail, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working in multicultural, international environments.
