Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Travel Manager to serve as a concierge for our High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and a proven track record of working with global clients, providing exceptional travel services tailored to their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities: Personalized Travel Planning: Develop and manage bespoke travel itineraries for HNI clients, ensuring all aspects of their journey are seamless and tailored to their preferences. Concierge Services: Provide high-level concierge services, including but not limited to hotel bookings, private jet charters, car rentals, and exclusive experiences. GDS Management: Utilize GDS platforms (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) for booking flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements efficiently and accurately. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including global HNI clients, understanding their travel preferences and providing proactive recommendations. 24/7 Support: Offer around-the-clock support to clients, addressing any travel-related issues or last-minute changes with prompt solutions. Market Research: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, luxury accommodations, and exclusive offerings to provide clients with the best options available. Budget Management: Assist clients in optimizing their travel budgets while ensuring high-quality experiences and services. Vendor Liaison: Establish and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, and other travel vendors to negotiate favorable rates and services for clients. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in travel management, with a focus on serving global HNI clients. Strong proficiency in GDS platforms (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse global clients. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations. Knowledge of luxury travel trends and experiences.
