Role & responsibilities

  • Handle group and series flight bookings (domestic and international).
  • Coordinate with airlines for group fare quotes, seat confirmations, and schedule changes.
  • Prepare cost quotations, itineraries, and fare comparisons for clients.
  • Manage booking amendments, cancellations, and special service requests (SSR).
  • Ensure timely issuance of tickets and adherence to airline timelines and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and communications.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Accounts, Operations) for smooth workflow.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Monitor airline group policies, market trends, and promotional fares.
  • Support the team with reporting and MIS updates related to group bookings.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in handling Group or Series Bookings in the travel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of airline group policies and fare negotiation.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines.
  • Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability.
