About the Role

StarClinch is on the lookout for a performance-driven 
Email & WhatsApp Marketing Executive
 who is not only hands-on with traditional automation tools but is also excited to explore and integrate 
AI-powered solutions
 into our communication workflows. If you're someone who doesn't just send emails but thinks of segmentation, conversion funnels, generative content, and predictive analytics — we want to hear from you.

You'll be working closely with our marketing and tech teams to design and execute campaigns that drive artist subscriptions, client re-engagement, and lead nurturing — all with the power of data and AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize 
    email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
     for both B2C (clients) and B2B (artists) segments.
  • Work with AI tools (like ChatGPT, Jasper, Mailmodo AI, etc.) to draft, personalize, and A/B test content at scale.
  • Set up dynamic and personalized drip campaigns, nurture sequences, and retargeting workflows.
  • Use data analytics and AI-based insights to improve open rates, CTRs, conversions, and reduce churn.
  • Maintain hygiene of mailing lists, segmentation, and compliance with WhatsApp and email regulations (e.g., GDPR, TRAI).
  • Collaborate with design, product, and business teams to align messaging with ongoing initiatives.
  • Track KPIs and prepare weekly performance dashboards with actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in email and/or WhatsApp marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms like 
    Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Mailmodo, WebEngage

, or similar.
- Awareness or prior use of 
AI tools

for copywriting, audience segmentation, or campaign optimization.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Comfort with tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and basic HTML (for email formatting).
- A test-and-learn mindset: eager to experiment, iterate, and scale what works.

Bonus Points:

  • Previous experience in a startup or creative/entertainment company.
  • Familiarity with artist or client lifecycle journeys.
  • Experience with SMS marketing or browser push notifications.
