Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QA Engineer/Tester located in Bengaluru. The QA Engineer/Tester will be responsible for executing test cases, ensuring quality assurance, performing manual testing, and engaging in software testing activities in web Application and Native Application. The role involves rigorous testing to ensure the integrity and quality of software applications.

Responsibilities

●     Test mobile app workflows including offline mode and edge cases.

●     Validate web app for UI/UX consistency, API integration, and data accuracy.

●     Test backend services and third-party integrations.

●     Perform manual testing and contribute to automation where feasible.

●     Design and execute test cases, test plans, and test data for real-world user scenarios.

●     Collaborate closely with developers to identify bugs, reproduce issues, and ensure fast resolution.

●     Own end-to-end validation: mobile app → backend → web dashboard → reports.

●     Test performance and reliability in low-connectivity/offline environments.

Requirements

● years of QA/testing experience in agile software teams.

●     Strong testing skills in mobile and web applications.

●     Hands-on experience with Postman, JMeter, Jira, and Xray.

●     Ability to write clear bug reports and communicate effectively with developers.

●     Experience testing complex workflows in operational systems.

Nice to Have

●     Exposure to automation tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.

●     Familiarity GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
