About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
QA & Automation Tester

with strong experience in manual and automated testing to join our development team working on a
Traffic Management System

. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software quality assurance, test automation, and system validation for complex, data-driven applications.

You will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, developing automation frameworks, identifying bugs, and ensuring the highest quality standards across all phases of software development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute
    manual and automated test cases

for web and backend components of the Traffic Management System.
- Build and maintain
test automation frameworks

using tools such as
Selenium

,
TestNG

,
JUnit

,
Cucumber

, or similar.
- Perform
functional, regression, performance, and integration testing

for system modules.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Identify, record, and track bugs using tools such as
JIRA

,
Azure DevOps

, or
Bugzilla

.
- Contribute to
continuous integration and continuous testing pipelines

(e.g.,
Jenkins

,
GitLab CI/CD

,
Azure Pipelines

).
- Ensure that all test results are properly documented and communicated to stakeholders.
- Conduct
API testing

using tools like
Postman

or
RestAssured

.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of the
Agile/Scrum

team.
- Validate system reliability, scalability, and performance metrics relevant to traffic data and control workflows.
- Support the implementation of QA best practices and standards across the team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Engineering

, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience

in QA testing (manual and automation) for enterprise or mission-critical systems.
- Strong proficiency in
Selenium WebDriver

and at least one programming/scripting language (e.g.,
Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript

).
- Experience with
test management tools

(e.g.,
TestRail

,
Zephyr

, or
qTest

).
- Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines

and
version control systems

(e.g.,
Git

Bitbucket

).
- Experience testing
REST APIs

database validations

(SQL queries).
- Solid understanding of

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
