Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Work directly with the Founders to plan, coordinate, and execute strategic initiatives across departments.
  • Assist in team management by tracking progress, aligning priorities, and ensuring timely completion of key deliverables.
  • Support internal communication between teams to maintain transparency and workflow efficiency.
  • Participate in business meetings, brainstorming sessions, and weekly reviews to translate ideas into actionable tasks.
  • Help the Founders in research, analysis, and documentation of ongoing projects, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between departments such as marketing, product, and operations.
  • Maintain project dashboards, task trackers, and performance metrics for leadership reporting.
  • Contribute to building internal systems and processes that improve team productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Take ownership of special projects or ad-hoc initiatives assigned by the Founders.
  • Represent the Founder's Office in daily operations with professionalism, discretion, and a problem-solving mindset.
