We are expanding our team and looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketer who can take full ownership of our digital growth strategy. This role demands someone who can independently handle SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, and Growth Marketing across multiple products and platforms — ensuring maximum visibility, leads, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for brand growth, lead generation, and sales.
- Drive SEO campaigns (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO) to rank consistently for competitive keywords.
- Manage and grow social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) with engaging campaigns.
- Plan, run, and optimize high-budget paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare data-driven reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-performing creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, AI tools, and algorithm changes to keep campaigns future-ready.
- Build marketing funnels and automation workflows to maximize conversions and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing.
- Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Growth Hacking.
- Proven track record of managing ROI-driven ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and advanced keyword tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, etc.).
- Deep understanding of branding, funnels, retargeting, and digital growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
- Experience in Email Marketing (Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with Marketing Automation & CRM tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphics and video editing (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with growth experiments, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
