We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Mechanical Engineer

  • R&D to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate must have knowledge of Fans, Vacuum pumps. Core competency in vacuum pumps and Fan will be a top priority. Should have knowledge ofProduct Design

  • and manufacturing feasibility using sheet metal, plastics, die cast, welding
  • Knowledge of types of materials and material selection approach.
  • Vehicle integration, testing and validation
  • CAD and Modelling
  • 3D part modelling & Assembly, 2D drawings, Digital Mock Ups, CAD data management.
  • Analysis & Verification
  • GD&T, Stackup Analysis, Design Verification and calculation (DVP&R), Root cause analysis.
  • Documentation
  • BOM, DFMEA, Design Review, ECNSkills
  • Autocad, Creo, PTC, Windchill PLM.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop new mechanical components, systems, and products for [industry
  • e.g., automotive, aerospace, medical devices, consumer electronics].
  • Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and mechanical testing to validate concepts.
  • Collaborate with electrical engineers, industrial designers, and manufacturing teams to ensure product functionality and manufacturability.
  • Build and test prototypes, analyze data, and iterate designs based on test results.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, materials, and processes.
  • Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and technical presentations.
  • Support patent development, technical documentation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical design and manufacturing issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred for advanced R&D roles).
  • Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with prototyping, machining, or additive manufacturing is a plus.
