Back Office Sales Executive (Female Candidates Only)
Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
Job Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Back Office Sales Executive to join our financial advisory team. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into clients and assisting them in achieving their financial goals through smart investment planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound/outbound leads into long-term clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable financial planning solutions.
- Explain and cross-sell investment products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Equity, PMS, and other financial instruments.
- Maintain client records and ensure smooth documentation and onboarding process.
- Provide after-sales support and build strong client relationships.
- Work closely with the sales and advisory team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Finance/Commerce or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Thorough knowledge of Investment Products – Mutual Funds, Insurance, Equity, PMS, etc.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
