We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Associate to join our team at the junior level. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.

  • Assist with food preparation, presentation, and service in a fast-paced environment.

  • Maintain high levels of knowledge about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.

  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy setting.

  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management or culinary arts preferred.
