Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager passionate about the convergence of AI-driven innovation, seamless retail operations, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) integrations. You'll define, build, and scale our next-generation suite of retail products—leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot to streamline product discovery, user story creation, customer insights, and execution. Your strategic vision and tactical execution will deliver high-impact, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with Fynd's omnichannel strategy and business goals.
• Drive integration of MES or factory floor data into retail workflows—enabling real-time inventory, quality control, and operations insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, growth, sales, and business teams to prioritize and build features.
• Use AI-powered research and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive distinctions.
• Craft clear PRDs, user stories, metrics-driven feature definitions.
• Execute product delivery with engineering leadership for scalability and performance.
• Leverage experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, funnel optimization, retention analysis) for data‑led decisions.
• Lead product discovery via customer interviews, usability testing, and prototyping.
• Partner with design to craft intuitive, user‑centric interfaces.
• Monitor product performance post-launch—iterate and drive adoption via go-to-market strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of product excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related; MBA is a plus.
• 7+ years in product management, with a minimum of 3 years leading complex, large-scale products.
• Experience launching impactful products in B2B SaaS, e‑commerce, retail technology, or consumer platforms.
• Strong fluency in data-driven decision‑making, analytics, and customer research.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-powered products or strong interest in AI workflow integration.
• Understanding of MES, digital manufacturing, or supply chain operations is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with competing priorities.
• Proven track record of mentoring product talent and influencing senior leadership.
