Role Overview

We are looking for a senior leader to drive delivery excellence across global eCommerce and digital commerce analytics programs. This role requires deep expertise in eCommerce, digital shelf, and retail media, including platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Instacart.

You will oversee multi-market program delivery, manage cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, Data Engineers, TPMs, Consultants), and partner with senior client stakeholders to deliver high-impact digital commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple eCommerce analytics programs across global markets.

  • Drive execution of advanced analytics products and solutions in areas such as:

  • Retail Media & Campaign Performance (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Roundel)

  • Digital Shelf Optimization (availability, content compliance, SEO, reviews)
  • Omnichannel Commerce Dashboards, ROAS, and Incrementality Measurement
  • Content Scoring, Taxonomy, and PDP Optimization
  • Syndicated and ePOS Data Integration (Nielsen, IRI)
  • Ensure roadmap execution, sprint planning, quality delivery, and governance across all workstreams.

Team & Capability Management

  • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, TPMs, and eComm Consultants.
  • Structure teams for scale, align capacity with program needs, and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Build delivery playbooks, reusable assets, and frameworks to scale solution deployment across clients.

Client Engagement & Strategic Advisory

  • Act as a trusted delivery partner to senior client stakeholders (VP/Director level), providing strategic guidance and translating business needs into actionable solutions.
  • Lead executive communications, manage program health reporting, and ensure stakeholder alignment across workstreams.

Productization & Practice Growth

  • Lead delivery of productized commerce solutions and ensure standardization across clients and markets.
  • Collaborate with capability and product teams to feed delivery insights into solution roadmaps and accelerators.
  • Drive knowledge management, team enablement, and continuous improvement within the delivery practice.

Required Skills & Experience

Domain Expertise

  • 12+ years of experience in analytics and digital program delivery, with at least 6+ years in eCommerce or omnichannel commerce.
  • Deep functional expertise in:
  • Amazon ecosystem (Vendor Central, content, ads, analytics)
  • Retail Media Networks (Walmart Connect, Citrus, Roundel, Instacart)
  • Digital Shelf tools, content syndication (Salsify, Syndigo), taxonomy governance
  • CPG and Retail data sources (Nielsen, IRI, ePOS, media platforms)

Leadership & Execution

  • Proven ability to lead delivery of multiple complex programs across global clients.
  • Strong experience managing 20–40 member delivery teams spanning analytics and engineering.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile program management and analytics solution delivery lifecycle.

Communication & Influence

  • Executive presence and ability to engage senior stakeholders across business and technology.
  • Strong storytelling, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
