Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer/Senior Relationship Officer (RO/SRO) located in New Delhi. The RO/SRO will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities, offering tailored insurance solutions to clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks also include conducting sales presentations, handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information about insurance products, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves working closely with the sales team and reporting on sales performance and market feedback.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service Skills: Strong sales acumen, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Product Knowledge and Presentation Skills: In-depth understanding of life insurance products and solutions, and the ability to conduct sales presentations effectively.
• Problem-solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze customer needs to provide suitable insurance solutions.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
