Job Description – Field Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule market visits to generate quality leads.
- Achieve sales targets across multiple payment solutions such as QR Code, Sound Box, EDC/Card Swipe Machines, POS Software, Insurance, and other financial products.
- Deploy products at client locations while explaining their benefits and best practices.
- Ensure customer satisfaction to drive higher conversions and long-term retention.
- Gather regular feedback from the market on existing offerings and share competitor insights to support product enhancements.
- Onboard new retailers (especially from the unorganized sector), educate them on the digital payments process, and highlight its benefits.
- Visit existing merchants to resolve issues promptly and maintain strong business relationships.
Eligibility:
- Freshers with strong sales acumen and eagerness to learn are welcome.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills are preferred.
