About the Role:
We are looking for a sharp, data-obsessed eCommerce Marketing Associate to join our
growth team and drive performance across Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces. You
should be a power user of analytics tools, obsessed with dashboards and KPIs, and
comfortable using AI tools to automate, scale, and extract insights.
This is a role for someone who can marry art and science- performance marketing meets
platform mastery, and execution meets insight. You'll work alongside category, creative, and
digital teams to win in India's most competitive digital storefronts.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Growth & Execution
- Own day-to-day execution on Amazon & Flipkart: listing hygiene, catalog health, keyword
optimization, pricing, and promotions.
- Execute performance campaigns, including AMS (Amazon Ads) and Flipkart PLA to
maximize ROI and share of voice.
- Track Buy Box wins, pricing dynamics, and competitor benchmarking to take corrective
actions swiftly.
Data & Insight Mastery
- Build and manage real-time dashboards (using Excel, Sheets, Looker, Power BI, etc.) to
track all core ECom KPIs.
- Use AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, DataRobot, etc.) to generate insights, optimize
keywords, and reduce manual effort.
- Conduct A/B testing for pricing, titles, images, and ad creatives. Build hypothesis-driven
experiments.
Automation & AI-First Execution
- Use scripts or third-party tools to automate repetitive tasks: keyword harvesting, content
audits, and pricing rules.
- Apply GenAI tools to rapidly create, test, and scale product descriptions, ad copies, and
keyword clusters.
Coordination & Category Support
- Work closely with internal teams and marketplace account managers to plan and execute
monthly campaigns, deals, and seasonal activations.
- Ensure strong catalog presence during peak events (Big Billion Day, Prime Day, etc.) with
timely input to creative and ops teams.
- Chance to build and scale a high-performance eCom engine at one of India's most exciting
consumer brands.
Work with a lean, empowered team and be part of critical business decisions.
Exposure to the latest in eCom tools, AI-led workflows, and digital-first commerce.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working at a fast-growing D2C startup or digital-first consumer brand is
MANDATORY
. We value candidates who understand the agility and ownership mindset
needed in such environments.
- 3–4 years of experience in Amazon/FK/eCommerce marketing roles at a high-growth D2C
or digital-first brand.
- Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and performance tools like
Helium10, Pacvue, DataWeave, or Similar.
- Strong in Excel/GSheets + knowledge of BI tools like Looker Studio, PowerBI, or Tableau is
a huge plus.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to drive productivity (ChatGPT, Claude, AI-based keyword
tools, image optimizers, etc.).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, numbers-driven environment with minimal supervision.
Strong communication, ownership mindset, and a passion for winning marketplace battles.
