Job Summary:
As a Senior ATM Claims & Exceptions Analyst within the ATM Operations Team, you will lead the management of ATM exceptions and customer claims. You will utilize advanced analytical skills to resolve customer requests and mitigate potential losses. Your role will also involve driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead investigations to resolve complex ATM exceptions. 
- Develop strategies to mitigate potential losses. 
- Oversee research and resolution of customer claims. 
- Direct accurate accounting adjustments. 
- Facilitate effective communication with customers and departments. 
- Mentor and assist co-workers with job assignments. 
- Address queries for SME assistance promptly. 
- Prioritize and manage work items within SLA. 
- Monitor and clear outstanding General Ledger entries. 
- Ensure work cases prevent privacy incidents. 
- Collaborate on SOP & Job aid revisions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  1. Demonstrate exhaustive knowledge in ATM operations.
  2. Exhibit advanced analytical and decision-making skills.
  3. Hold a graduate degree in Commerce or any stream with banking experience.
  4. Possess in-depth regulatory expertise.
  5. Show advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  6. Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
  7. Pay keen attention to detail and problem-solving.
