We're Hiring a Merchandiser

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser with a passion for fashion? Sourcenet Global is looking for a
full-time Merchandiser
to join our team in Noida. In this on-site role, you will play a crucial part in our product development and production process.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of
    product and fabric development
    .
  • Oversee
    production execution
    , ensuring all timelines are met.
  • Work with
    knitted and woven fabrics
    and handle the entire sampling process, from proto to pre-production.
  • Maintain meticulous
    soft and physical records
    of all items.
  • Contribute to
    costing analysis
    and manage
    TNA (Time and Action) plans
    .
  • Communicate effectively with buyers and factories/fabric mills, demonstrating
    strong English proficiency
    .

What We're Looking For:

  • A graduate from a
    reputable fashion or textile institute
    .
  • Someone with a solid understanding of
    knitted and woven fabrics
    .
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
    and
    Microsoft Teams
    .
  • A
    local candidate
    who is flexible and can adapt to business needs.
