Job Title: B2B Sales Executive / Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Professional with proven experience in handling business volumes between ₹10 to ₹15 Lakhs. The ideal candidate will have exposure in hardware or software solution sales and be skilled at engaging with senior-level decision-makers such as CEOs, Vice Presidents, and Business Owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales for CAD/CAM/CAE solutions and related training programs.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities with corporate clients, institutions, and channel partners.
  • Interact and build relationships with key decision-makers — CEOs, Vice Presidents, and Department Heads.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, to closure.
  • Handle hardware and software sales including brands such as HP, Dell, and Apple.
  • Promote CADD software products like CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft tools.
  • Achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client databases.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 4–5 years in B2B / corporate sales, preferably in hardware or software domain.
  • Education: Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Proven sales track record with experience handling ₹10–15 Lakhs worth of business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Presentable and confident, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Exposure to international clients or global sales processes preferred.
  • Hindi proficiency will be an added advantage.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
