About The Opportunity
A fast-growing business in the B2B communications and digital services sector is hiring an on-site Social Media Intern in India. The role supports brand awareness, content creation, and community engagement across major social platforms to amplify product marketing and customer outreach.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and publish platform-appropriate social content (posts, carousels, reels, short videos) using brand guidelines and content calendars.
  • Design visual assets and basic motion/short-form videos using Canva and Adobe tools for Instagram, Facebook and other channels.
  • Monitor and engage with communities: respond to comments/messages, escalate leads and customer issues to the marketing or support teams.
  • Support the development and maintenance of a content calendar; coordinate campaign timelines with marketing and sales stakeholders.
  • Track post- and campaign-level metrics; prepare concise weekly performance summaries with actionable recommendations.
  • Assist with hashtag research, post optimization, and A/B testing to improve reach and engagement.
