4-5 years with 2+ years exclusively in building production-grade AI applications

Education:
MBA/PGDM/MS / professional PM certification preferred with B.E./B.Tech. in (CS/IT) domain from top-tier Indian/global institutions

Mission:
As our AI Product Manager, you are the visionary-force driving the construction of agentic, self-orchestrating AI SaaS platforms. You will architect the future of intelligent automation, blending bleeding-edge LLMs, multimodal AI agents, and robust MLOps pipelines into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. AI Product Architecture & Orchestration

Design and own the end-to-end architecture
for agentic AI SaaS, spanning voice agents, autonomous coaching, virtual assistants (voice, chat, email, images, social, PDFs), AI-powered analytics dashboards, and integrated HRMS/CRM modules.

·      
Mastermind AI orchestration layers
—seamlessly integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, Copilot, DeepSeek), AI compute, and data science pipelines.

·      
Engineer AI quality management systems
and predictive analytics engines for real-time, actionable intelligence corelating with business KPIs.

2. Technical Leadership & Stack Mastery

·      
Lead cross-functional squads
of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and full-stack developers to build, deploy, and scale AI agents.

·      
Deep expertise in MERN stack, DevOps (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes), API design (RESTful, event-driven), and data visualization
(Tableau, PowerBI).

·      
Leverage next-gen AI tooling
: Cursor, Bolt, Zapier, Postman, OpenAI Operator, n8n, and more for rapid prototyping and automation.

3. Product Velocity & Agile Execution

·      
Drive hyper-velocity sprints
in a lean, agile, and design-thinking framework.

·      
Own BRD/PRD creation, wireframing, UI/UX design, and product demos
—translating complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.

·      
Champion rapid experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous iteration
based on telemetry and user feedback.

4. AI Integration & Scalability

·      
Architect seamless integrations
across AI, SaaS, and enterprise systems.

·      
Ensure robust, scalable, and secure AI deployments
with a focus on data privacy, ethical AI, and compliance.

5. Stakeholder Engagement & Market Leadership

·      
Articulate product vision and technical strategy
to C-suite, investors, and customers.

·      
Conduct competitive intelligence and market research
to keep our AI stack ahead of the curve.

Technical Prerequisites

·      Proven mastery of AI/ML, MLOps, data science, and LLM frameworks.

·      Hands-on experience with MERN stack, cloud-native DevOps, and API ecosystems.

·      Fluency in data visualization, AI tooling, and SaaS integration patterns.

·      Track record of shipping AI products in agile, high-velocity environments.

Interview Case Study – R1

Submit a report
for building a unique agentic AI SaaS feature or module in specific to AI voice/chat engines (like in ChatGPT or Google Gemini) and integrating it with a native CRM / HRMS tool.
