We are a medium sized family-owned private company. For over 15 years.

Our Ultra Labs Division operates a sophisticated independent test lab certified by NABL which provides testing of fuels, automotive specialties and lubricants. We provide condition monitoring of automotive, industrial, mining and construction equipment to OEMs and large fleets/ customers, involving sample collection, logistics, testing, interpretation and providing analytical reports and recommendations. We have also commenced marketing products for mitigating field problems such as Injector deposits.

Job Description: Data Entry Team Leader

Position Title: Data Entry Team Leader

Location: Navi Mumbai-Kamothe

Job Summary:

The Data Entry Team Leader is responsible for managing and overseeing a team of data entry to ensure that data is entered accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. The Team Leader will supervise, mentor, and provide support to the data entry team while ensuring adherence to data quality standards and operational deadlines. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to troubleshoot issues, train new team members, and improve team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data, ensure data accuracy and consistency by verifying the correctness of entered data before submission or processing.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of data entry operator to ensure high levels of productivity and data accuracy.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Assign tasks to team members based on workload and skill set, ensuring proper distribution and timely completion of data entry tasks.
  • Monitor the daily performance of team members, setting goals and objectives, and tracking progress.
  • Review completed data entry work for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all entries meet company standards.
  • Develop and enforce quality control procedures to minimize errors in data entry and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues with data and provide solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Provide constructive feedback and recommend performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the data entry workflow and collaborate with management to implement solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of data entry tasks and team activities.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of data.
  • Identify inefficiencies in data entry processes and recommend improvements to enhance workflow and accuracy.
  • Hands on experience in using Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP & Pivot Table for Data analysis & reporting.

Requirements and skills:

  • Education: Any Bachelors degree.
  • Experience: 5+ Years
  • Team handling: Experience in handling team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.

Preferably Male candidates.
