Key Responsibilities

  • Teach TNPSC/SSC subjects as per the academy's structured syllabus and class plan.
  • Conduct engaging, interactive, and exam-focused sessions that help students grasp key concepts effectively.
  • Prepare lesson plans, study notes, and practice materials aligned with current exam patterns.
  • Organize doubt-clearing sessions, mock tests, and performance reviews.
  • Keep yourself updated on latest syllabus changes, current affairs, and exam trends.
  • Coordinate with the academic team for smooth class scheduling and student progress tracking.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and create a motivating learning environment.

Requirements

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in a relevant subject area.
  • Prior experience teaching TNPSC/SSC aspirants preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Tamil and English.
  • Strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students achieve their goals.
  • Punctual and consistent in delivering sessions.
