Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and concept-focused classes for TNPSC and SSC aspirants as per the academy's syllabus.
  • Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practice questions in line with the latest exam patterns.
  • Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, mock tests, and performance assessments.
  • Stay updated with syllabus revisions, current affairs, and exam-related updates.
  • Collaborate with the academic team for class scheduling and progress tracking.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, motivating learning environment.

Requirements

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in a relevant subject.
  • Prior teaching experience for TNPSC/SSC coaching preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Tamil and English.
  • Passionate about teaching and mentoring students for government exams.
  • Punctual, committed, and consistent in delivering quality sessions.
