  • Review and prepare financial statements.
  • Responsible for Reconciling Streamlining the company accounting records system by inputting all payments, expenses, and other financial transactions in accounting software.
  • Created and maintained all records of Sales, Purchases, and Expenses and recorded them in their respective accounting heads.
  • Recorded Bills, Invoices and review them for VAT collected and VAT paid.
  • Maintained general ledger accounts by creating journal entries, reconciling accounts receivable, preparing monthly accruals, and analyzing and reconciling accounts payable ledgers.
  • Performing categorization executing reconciliations of bank transactions on a weekly monthly basis.
  • Doing monthly/weekly/quarterly bookkeeping
  • Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
  • Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs.
  • Managing and tracking budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information
  • Manage all facets of cost accounting including variance reporting, cost control and product costing.
  • Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of UK accounting
  • Good Knowledge and exposure in working on UK Software like QB, Sage.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong excel skills, including pivot tables and Vlook ups

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
