About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Owner to drive product initiatives, working closely with engineering teams and the global product management group. You will own the product roadmap, manage the backlog, and ensure that product features and enhancements are well-prioritized, refined, and delivered to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the SCRUM Product Owner, leading engineering teams in building and releasing new product features.
  • Own and manage the product roadmap, backlog, and sprint planning to align with business priorities.
  • Translate inputs from the US Product Management team into user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
  • Drive backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Define release goals, track delivery metrics, and ensure release readiness.
  • Collaborate across teams to manage dependencies and ensure smooth execution.
  • Support documentation, training materials, and internal product knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure adherence to information security standards.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in a software product environment.
  • Expertise in roadmap ownership, backlog management, story refinement, and sprint ceremonies.
  • Proficient with Agile tools such as JIRA for backlog and sprint tracking.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to bridge business and technical teams.
  • Quick learner with capability to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Familiarity with dependency management across multiple teams.
  • Good at leveraging AI tools for research, analysis, and product innovation.
  • Experience working on CRM platforms or in a product development organization is a strong plus.
