We are seeking skilled and responsible Ambulance Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating ambulances, ensuring timely patient transport, assisting medical staff when needed, and maintaining the vehicle in proper working condition.

  • Key Responsibilities: Safely operate ambulances in compliance with traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Ensure timely transportation of patients to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Assist paramedics, nurses, or doctors in loading and unloading patients, stretchers, and medical equipment.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the ambulance at all times.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, lights, sirens, oxygen, and medical equipment) before and after each shift.
  • Report any mechanical issues or incidents immediately to the Operations team.
  • Maintain accurate trip records, mileage logs, and duty sheets.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and treat all patients and family members with empathy, dignity, and respect.
  • Follow emergency response protocols and provide support during critical situations.
  • Requirements: Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) / Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) license with badge endorsement (as per state RTO requirements).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in ambulance or patient transport.
  • Familiarity with local routes, hospitals, and healthcare facilities.
  • Ability to drive calmly under pressure and in emergency situations.
  • Physically fit to assist with lifting and transferring patients.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and night shifts.
  • Good communication skills in [local language + English/Hindi, as applicable].
  • Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have): Previous experience as an ambulance driver or in healthcare transportation.
  • Basic first aid training or CPR certification.
  • Knowledge of GPS and navigation systems.
  • Overtime/Shift allowance

  • Training in emergency response and basic patient handling
