The Driver is responsible for safely transporting passengers or goods to their destinations, ensuring the vehicle is well-maintained, and adhering to all traffic laws. The role involves timely arrivals, maintaining the vehicle’s cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory for communication with clients, supervisors, and other team members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Transportation**:

- Safely drive passengers or goods to their designated destinations.
- Follow all traffic regulations and company safety protocols.
- Ensure timely arrival at destinations as per the scheduled timings.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**:

- Regularly inspect the vehicle for any maintenance issues, and ensure it is in good working condition.
- Keep the vehicle clean, inside and out, and ensure it is well-maintained.
- Report any issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to passengers or clients.
- Assist passengers with luggage or other requests when needed.
- Maintain a positive and courteous attitude, offering a high standard of service.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively in Kannada with passengers, supervisors, and colleagues.
- Report on daily routes, mileage, fuel usage, and other relevant information.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by passengers or clients.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of travel details, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays.
- Ensure compliance with any legal documentation or permits required for the vehicle.
- **Safety and Security**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure the safety of passengers and goods.
- Assist in emergency situations and ensure the well-being of passengers at all times.
- Ensure the vehicle is locked and secure when not in use.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Language Skills**: Fluency in Kannada is mandatory for effective communication with passengers and team members.
- **Driving Skills**: Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- **Experience**: Prior experience as a driver, preferably in a similar industry
- **Customer Service**: Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, courteous demeanor.
- **Knowledge of Routes**: Familiarity with local roads, traffic laws, and routes in the region.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle unexpected situations, such as traffic delays or vehicle issues, calmly and efficiently.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively to ensure punctuality.

**Educational Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driving license with a clean record.

**Work Environment**:

- The driver may work in various environments, including city traffic, highways, and remote areas.
- Flexible working hours, including possible night shifts or weekend work, depending on the employer’s needs.
- Interaction with clients and colleagues, requiring professional and respectful communication in Kannada.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
