Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Executive with strong CAD skills to oversee construction basement projects from design through execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring designs are accurately implemented on-site, assisting in layout planning, and producing/altering CAD drawings as required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring at the multi construction site.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Create, update, and revise CAD drawings (2D ) using software AutoCAD.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure that all work is completed in accordance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Assist in quantity take-offs and estimation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, environmental standards, and client specifications.

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
