**Position: CAD Draftsman**

**Location: Chennai**

**Job Type: Permanent /Full Time**

**Responsibilities for this position include**:

- **Experience with CAD systems for DTCP & CMDA ,EDCR**
- **Familiar with color coding of DTCP & CMDA**
- **Combining of FMB**
- **Familiar with DTCP and CMDA approvals**
- Be an organized, proactive team player
- Keep up to date with technology/ software
- Show consistent follow-through and accountability
- Possess high-level work standards
- Assist with making color and layout comments to OSO on strike-offs
- Maintenance of all cad reference libraries and archives
- Undertake high volume and emergency design projects
- FMB drawing & approval Drawing

**Experience for CAD designer includes**:

- 2+ years of CAD Designer experience
- Ability to draw CADs quickly and accurately in Illustrator when provided hand drawn sketches
- Able to manipulate CAD drawings in Illustrator when not provided with sketch
- Strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise and follow leadership directives at appropriate times

**Educational Qualification**
- B.Tech, M.Tech, Bachelor Degree in Design, Diploma in Civil
- **Certifications**:licenses or certifications CADD, CAD, C.E.T, GD&T, NICET, MEP, MMCD, CSWP, CSWE, CTS
