  • Prepare Export documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of origin, other certificates, etc for different countries.
  • Maintain all records and books related to foreign clients
  • Gather export related information and update the same time to time
  • Study of Purchase order and LCs.
  • Preparation and Circulation of weekly order Statement.
  • Preparation and submission of Pre-Shipment documents for Customs filling.
  • Preparation and submission of Post shipment documents to Finance Dept for onward forwarding to Customer / Bank.
  • Send Non negotiable documents to the customers.
  • Preparation and obtaining the Generalized System of Preferences (Certificate of Origin) from Export Inspection Council.
  • Preparation of MIS statements (viz., Shipment Details, Pending orders statements, Buyer Statements).
  • Preparation of Lodgment documents against Advance Payment and submitting the same to Bank.
  • Verifying the Sale order details in ERP and approving the same for timely Dispatch.
  • Preparation of Pre-Shipment documentation i.e Custom Invoice, Packing List, Marine Insurance and B/L Draft.
  • Preparation of Performa Invoice.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
