Description

You'll do: 


• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting 


• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP 


• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and provide necessary documentation 


• Develop and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy 


• Manage the general ledger, including account reconciliations and journal entries 


• Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide insights to the management team 


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes 


• Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and training as needed 


• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns 


• Managing Client Portfolio and leading Account Managers team for execution of Client Engagement 


• Ensuring that team is performing with desired accuracy levels 


• Monthly closing of books of accounts Monthly analysis of BS and P and L Statement 


• Designing Management Reports for clients and training team on execution 


• Periodic review meetings with management 

 

You'll Need: 


• Fluent written and verbal English communication is a must 


• plus years of work Experience 


• Ability and willingness to handle multiple clients. 


• Prior experience of handling a team of 5 or more staff members. 


• Good hands-on MS Office and different Accounting Software- Netsuite 


• Good knowledge of various US Processes and handle transition and work on process improvements.
