Job Title: WordPress Developer

Experience: 3+ years

Contract Duration: 3 Months (Extendable based on performance)

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer with strong front-end development experience and a proven track record in building and optimizing multilingual WordPress websites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Multilingual Press and other multilingual plugins, along with solid knowledge of performance optimization techniques and deployment on platforms such as WPVIP and WP Engine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites with high-quality, responsive front-end designs.
  • Integrate and configure multilingual functionality using Multilingual Press and other relevant plugins.
  • Work on performance optimization — caching, image optimization, database optimization, and minimizing load times.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
  • Deploy and maintain sites hosted on WPVIP or WP Engine platforms.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in WordPress (themes, plugins, hooks, and filters).
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP.
  • Experience with Multilingual Press and other multilingual plugins.
  • Understanding of performance optimization best practices.
  • Familiarity with WP Engine and WPVIP environments.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience developing or contributing to WordPress plugins.
  • Experience with WPVIP CLI.

Understanding of CI/CD workflows and Git.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
