Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with 4 to 6 years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management applications. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Order Management and Inventory modules within the Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Suite. The role involves working on end-to-end implementations and post-go-live support, understanding business processes, and delivering effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency in supply chain functions.

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Order Management and Inventory modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Drive full-cycle project delivery including requirement gathering, system design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless module integrations and business alignment.
• Provide support during UAT, cutover planning, and go-live phases.
• Deliver end-user training and ongoing support post-implementation.

Key Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of experience with Oracle SCM applications, focusing on Order Management and Inventory modules.
• Minimum of 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects completed successfully.
• Experience in at least 1 support project post-implementation.
• Should understand SLA, Response and Resolution Time.
• Should understand various Priorities and Statuses and their purpose of a Support Ticket.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes related to order fulfilment and inventory control.
• Strong functional knowledge with ability to configure, troubleshoot, and enhance system processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
