Position: Oracle Cloud FAW Reporting Specialist

Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)

Shift Time: 2pm to 11pm

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) Reporting Specialist to design, develop, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions in Oracle Cloud FAW. The role requires expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion applications, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics (OAC/FAW) to deliver actionable insights that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle FAW (Fusion Analytics Warehouse), OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
  • Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions aligned with FAW data models and KPIs.
  • Work with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and HCM to develop self-service analytics and prebuilt FAW dashboards.
  • Customize and extend FAW subject areas, semantic models, and KPIs as per business needs.
  • Manage data pipelines and integrations between Oracle Cloud Applications and FAW (including ODI / OAC pipelines if applicable).
  • Optimize reports and dashboards for performance, usability, and data accuracy.
  • Provide training and guidance to business users on FAW, OTBI, and analytics best practices.
  • Collaborate with Oracle Support and internal IT teams to resolve reporting/data issues.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and role-based access controls in FAW.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 37 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion reporting and analytics.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle FAW, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
  • Solid understanding of Oracle ERP/Fusion data structures (Finance, SCM, HCM modules).
  • Experience with FAW prebuilt analytics, subject area extensions, and KPI customization.
  • Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data warehouse concepts.
  • Ability to work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
  • Familiarity with data governance and security roles in Oracle Cloud.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Fusion ERP functional areas (Finance, Procurement, SCM, HCM).
  • Exposure to data integration tools (ODI, OIC) for FAW extensions.
  • Knowledge of ETL, Data Lake, and Cloud Data Models.
  • Certification in Oracle Analytics or FAW is an added advantage.
