Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Chefdarbari Hospitality Staffing Services in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area and ensuring that all guests have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and take their orders for beverages
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Ensure that all guests are served in a timely and efficient manner
- Check customers' identification to ensure they are of legal drinking age
- Upsell drinks and promote specials to customers
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Attend training and development sessions to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Knowledge of different drink recipes and cocktail-making techniques
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good math and cash handling abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be of legal drinking age
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in bartending is a plus
