We're looking for a passionate beverage professional to join
The Happy High
as a
Beverage Executive
. This role goes beyond the bar—it's about shaping the next generation of bartenders, driving innovation in mixology, and contributing to India's growing beverage culture.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct mixology and beverage training at our academy and client sites
  • Curate cocktail menus
  • Contribute to engaging video content
  • Manage event bartending and activations
  • Support business development initiatives

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

  • Total experience: 3 to 5 years
  • Minimum: 1 year of hands-on experience at
    top cocktail-forward bars
  • This is a Mumbai-based role, best suited for candidates who are already located in the city. Relocation support is not available at the moment.

Skills

  • Speed and efficiency behind the bar with comfort in modern bartending techniques
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English
  • MS Office and general computer proficiency

  • Remuneration:
    up to INR 4,80,000 per annum basis experience
