We are seeking a proactive and versatile Growth & Operations Intern who will be responsible for supporting various business functions and working with cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in using AI tools to automate workflows and optimize operations across departments. This is a hands-on role with significant exposure to strategic decision-making, offering a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of the company. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to identify and execute growth strategies. Utilize AI tools to automate workflows, enhancing efficiency in daily operations. Support operational initiatives across marketing, sales, product development, and customer service. Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery. Qualifications: Strong interest in business growth, operations, and workflow automation. Familiarity with AI tools for workflow automation (e.g., GPT-based tools, or similar platforms). Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges.
