Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Growth Strategist to lead social media, influencer, and brand marketing initiatives. The role requires expertise in digital campaign management, AI-powered marketing systems, and performance analytics to drive measurable business growth.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media platforms.
  • Manage influencer collaborations, UGC campaigns, and brand partnerships.
  • Design and execute content calendars, creative briefs, and brand communication frameworks.
  • Optimize campaigns using SEO, ORM, and performance-driven insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Implement AI-led workflows and automation tools to streamline marketing operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.

Desired Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Diploma/Certification in Digital Marketing, Branding, or Influencer Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, FB).
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation systems (Gen AI, ChatGPT).
  • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, or influencer management.
  • Proven track record in managing campaigns, partnerships, and brand growth.
  • Experience in building scalable content systems and automation workflows.
