Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (Take Home)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to end users. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT assets

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in Windows environments

Provide remote and onsite IT support to users

Monitor and maintain system performance, network connectivity, and security

Install and update OS, software applications, antivirus, and patches

Manage user accounts, email configurations, and password resets

Maintain asset logs, documentation, and support reports

Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair and replacement

Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and service requests

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2–3 years of experience in Desktop / IT Support role

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking, and troubleshooting

Experience in handling LAN, Wi-Fi configuration, printers, and scanners

Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP (added advantage)

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Education:

Any degree / Diploma in IT / Computer Science (preferred, not mandatory)

Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, N+, MCP, CCNA) are an added advantage
