Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Brand Officer based in Pune. The Junior Brand Officer will support brand development initiatives, assist in implementing marketing strategies, and manage day-to-day brand operations. Responsibilities will include conducting market research, coordinating with internal teams for promotional activities, analyzing brand performance, and ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all channels.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in marketing fundamentals, brand strategy, and promotional planning
  • Analytical skills for evaluating brand performance and market research
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills for managing brand activities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for internal and external collaboration
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior internship or experience in branding/marketing roles is advantageous
