Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Mechanical Product Designer. The Mechanical Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative product designs, ensuring a balance between functionality, usability, and aesthetics. Daily tasks include producing detailed technical drawings, conducting user research, iterative prototyping, and refining products to meet design and engineering standards. The role also involves consulting with stakeholders to bring designs from concept to realization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Product Design and Mechanical Design, with an understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Experience in Design Thinking and User-Centered Design principles
  • User Research and UX Research skills, with the ability to gather actionable insights
  • Visual Design expertise, including attention to detail and an aptitude for creating functional aesthetics
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Product Design, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of CAD tools and rapid prototyping methods
