Role Description

full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager located in Hyderabad. The Quality Manager will oversee daily quality assurance operations, develop and implement quality management systems, ensure compliance with industry standards, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. The role includes managing quality audits, producing quality reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and training staff on quality procedures. Additionally, the Quality Manager will address customer concerns and work towards enhancing the overall product quality.

Qualifications

  • Quality Management, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control skills
  • Experience with industry standards and regulatory compliance
  • Skills in conducting quality audits and producing quality reports
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Lead QMS initiatives (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
  • Drive defect analysis, root cause resolution & process improvement
  • Oversee supplier quality & customer complaint management
  • Lead continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Mentor and build a strong QA/QC team
  • Strong knowledge of SMT, APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA & 8D tools
  • Excellent leadership & communication skills
  • BE in Electronics / Electrical
  • 10-15 years' experience in Quality Management within EMS/electronics.
