We are currently seeking a Plan View Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

• Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Planview Consultant to support our clients in optimizing their project portfolio management (PPM) processes using Planview solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Planview Enterprise One or Planview Portfolios, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective system configurations and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and configure Planview solutions (Enterprise One, Portfolios, etc.) based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into system functionalities.
- Customize dashboards, reports, workflows, and integrations within Planview.
- Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Support data migration and integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Jira, ServiceNow).
- Develop documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Stay updated on Planview product updates and best practices.
- Assist in change management and adoption strategies for Planview implementations.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with Planview products (Enterprise One, Portfolios, etc.).
- Strong understanding of project portfolio management (PPM) principles.
- Experience in configuring Planview modules, workflows, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Certification in Planview or related PPM tools is a plus.
- Experience in consulting or client-facing roles is preferred.
