We are hiring for a pharma client based in Pune/ Hyderabad. Job description is as below:Profile SummaryAnalytical Demand Planning Automation Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, and statistical forecasting. Skilled in automating processes and enhancing forecast accuracy using tools like R, VBA, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Office.

Proven ability to collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to optimize demand planning strategies and drive operational excellence. Key QualificationsDemand & Supply Planning Expertise: In-depth knowledge of demand and supply planning processes, demand forecasting, inventory management, and industry best practices. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in R for statistical analysis, VBA for Excel automation, Microsoft Power BI for reporting, and Microsoft Office tools for data analysis and presentations.

Forecasting Skills: Experienced in generating statistical and consensus forecasts aligned with business objectives; familiar with tools like Kinaxis RapidResponse to enhance planning accuracy. Stakeholder Collaboration: Skilled at identifying trends and refining forecasts through collaboration with regional/global stakeholders, local planning teams, marketing, and finance to estimate promotional volumes. Monthly Planning Forums: Active participation in forums with Supply, Deployment, and Innovation Planning teams to align production plans, manage exceptions, and optimize processes by reducing MAPE and forecast bias.

Performance Review & Inventory Management: Regularly reviewed forecasts to improve accuracy, optimized ROP and Safety Stock levels, managed inventories of discontinued products, and used verified data for better forecasts. Technical SkillsTools: R, VBA, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft OfficeTechniques: Time series analysis, regression, demand forecastingSystems: Kinaxis RapidResponse (familiarity preferred)Data Analysis: Strong skills in data manipulation, visualization, and decision-making
