Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care to pediatric patients, including newborns, infants, children, and adolescents.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and communicate effectively with families about patient status.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and hospital processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience working in a pediatric setting (NICU/PICU/GNM).
  • B.Sc Nursing degree or Diploma in Gnm Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Strong knowledge of pediatrics principles and practices; familiarity with electronic medical records systems preferred.
