Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Plan and oversee the execution of projects, ensuring alignment with client and organizational requirements.
- Coordinate and support team leads, promoting optimal performance and efficient project operations.
- Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to meet defined objectives.
- Delegate high-priority tasks to appropriate team members, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Organize, mentor, and empower teams to excel in their roles, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Facilitate project meetings, including planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives, to monitor progress and address challenges.
- Guide team members through project-based learning and skill development, providing constructive feedback and support.
Project Execution and Monitoring:
- Oversee project documentation, report preparation, and updates to ensure accuracy and transparency in project status.
- Monitor project progress, identifying risks and opportunities, and implement strategies to mitigate challenges and capitalize on potential gains.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables by proactively managing potential obstacles.
Stakeholder Communication and Relationship Management:
- Communicate project vision, objectives, and progress to stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of goals and expectations.
- Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients, addressing concerns promptly and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and transparent reporting on project status and outcomes.
Training and Student Experience Coordination:
- Design and deliver training programs to support skill development, including live classes and project-based learning sessions.
- Evaluate learner progress, provide mentorship, and ensure successful completion of training projects.
- Collaborate with academic institutions and organizations to develop and implement robust and scalable training programs.
Program and Process Management:
- Implement metrics-driven project management approaches to track progress and measure success against defined objectives.
- Organize and facilitate release meetings, stand-ups, and demos, ensuring effective coordination and execution of project deliverables.
- Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in project management or a similar role, preferably within IT, education, or related industries.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Technical and Aptitude Skills:
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to addressing complex challenges.
- Familiarity with Full Stack technologies, Web, Java/Python, Operating Systems, Networking, and Databases is an added advantage.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, influence, and guide teams toward shared objectives.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive attitude in identifying and solving problems.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in coordinating training programs and classes in a college or similar institution.
- Knowledge of Service Level Agreements and client relationship management.
- Ability to work in both structured and dynamic environments, adapting to changing priorities and timelines.
