Company: Experts Pro (;\/span>) Program: Kodo )​ CTC (Yearly): Upto ₹600,000 Minimum Experience: 5 years Work Arrangement: Work from Office Office Location: Nava India, CoimbatoreResponsibilities:Oversee the day -to -day operations of the Kodo AI/ML Career Fast -Track Program, ensuring smooth execution of training and internship schedules.Coordinate across trainers, interns, sales, marketing, and shared resources to align on program goals and timelines.Manage scheduling for training sessions, workshops, assessments, and client projects.Monitor participant progress, collect feedback, and handle escalations.Assist in resource allocation, including hiring and onboarding of new trainees and interns.Liaise with HR, finance, sales, and leadership teams for reporting and program improvements.Ensure adherence to quality standards and continuously improve program delivery.
